Scope and operator

This policy describes the Lumenoia application and the lumenoia.net website operated by Godd Technologies, LLC. Lumenoia 1.1 includes the free course described below and optional paid-course access through Founding Learning Pack 1.

How Lumenoia handles information

Lumenoia does not collect data from the app for Godd Technologies, LLC. Its published App Store privacy declaration is Data Not Collected. Lumenoia 1.1 processes purchase evidence and streaming requests as described below. The app has no Lumenoia account or sign-in, advertising, cross-app tracking, third-party analytics SDK, or third-party tracking SDK.

Godd Technologies, LLC does not sell personal information from Lumenoia or use Lumenoia activity for behavioral advertising.

Information stored on your device

Lumenoia stores learning preferences, progress, completion state, internal completion markers, and up to three detailed knowledge-check result records locally on your device. Godd Technologies, LLC does not receive these records from the app.

Deleting Lumenoia removes information in the app’s local storage, subject to any device backup or restore service you separately use. You control those independent services through their own settings and terms.

User-initiated record export

If you choose Save Records, Lumenoia creates a limited JSON learning-result summary for up to three stored results and lets you choose a destination through Apple’s Files interface. The export contains the export time and, for each included result, the lesson title and identifier, score percentage, pass-or-fail outcome, and submission time. It excludes selected answers, answer keys, quiz questions, course media, device identifiers, account identifiers, purchase identifiers, and internal completion markers.

After export, the copy is controlled by you and the Files provider or storage location you selected. It is no longer confined to Lumenoia’s local storage. You can remove exported copies from that destination.

Catalog and ordinary network requests

Lumenoia retrieves the public Dynamic Catalog from lumenoia.net through HTTPS. The app does not place a Lumenoia account identifier, learning progress, completion state, or knowledge-check answers in those catalog requests. How Ethereum Works, its captions, and its transcript are bundled with the app for offline use.

Hosting and network providers may process ordinary technical request information—such as an Internet Protocol address, request time, requested path, response status, method, headers, or security events—only as needed to deliver, operate, and protect the catalog and website. Lumenoia has no customer-configured website analytics or diagnostic collection pipeline, and this technical processing is not used by Godd Technologies, LLC for cross-service tracking or behavioral profiling.

This website

This static website has no account system, customer database, checkout, contact form, advertising, analytics, tracking pixel, or mailing-list form. It does not set application cookies. Ordinary hosting and network processing is described above.

Purchases and Apple services

Founding Learning Pack 1 is available as a one-time Apple In-App Purchase in Lumenoia 1.1. Apple may process App Store, installation, diagnostic, backup, or other service information under Apple’s own terms, privacy policy, and device settings. Lumenoia’s App Store privacy declaration does not describe or limit Apple’s independent services.

Apple processes purchases and restorations. Lumenoia does not receive your payment-card information or Apple Account password.

Version 1.1 protected paid-course streaming

To authorize a paid lesson, Lumenoia sends the selected lesson and media identifiers and Apple-signed transaction information to its Azure-hosted authorization service. The service verifies the signed purchase and its current status with Apple and returns expiring links for the selected language’s video and captions.

The application service processes purchase evidence to answer these requests and does not create a customer account or store purchase evidence, learning progress, or knowledge-check answers in a customer database. Ordinary network information is processed to deliver and protect authorization, video, and caption requests. Microsoft’s hosting services may also process technical information for security, operation, and billing. The application does not use this information for advertising or cross-service tracking.

Paid video streaming requires an internet connection. Version 1.1 does not offer paid-video downloads for offline playback. The free How Ethereum Works lesson, its captions, and its transcript remain bundled for offline use. Progress and learning records remain on your device unless you choose an export described above.

Support communications and retention

If you choose to contact support, your email provider and Godd Technologies, LLC will receive the information you send. Do not send passwords, payment details, recovery codes, or other sensitive credentials.

Support communications are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, protect the service, or meet legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

Your choices and requests

You control app-local information through your device and the app controls that are available to you. The Delete All Records control removes detailed knowledge-check results and completion markers, but it does not erase video progress, exported copies, or backups. You control exported records through the Files destination you select.

Where applicable, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information that you voluntarily sent to support. Because Lumenoia does not receive your app-local learning records, support cannot retrieve or delete those device-only records for you.

Security and children

Lumenoia uses a limited-data design intended to reduce privacy and security risk. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Lumenoia does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app or website. A parent or guardian should not send a child’s personal information through the voluntary support channel and may contact support with a privacy question.

Changes and contact

This policy will be updated before Lumenoia introduces a data practice that makes the current disclosure inaccurate. The last-updated date above identifies the current public version.
